We ship to Canada and other locations as noted on our site. Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the shipping carrier, so we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

If you receive a non-personalized item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to offer a replacement or store credit if a replacement isn’t possible. Returns due to customer mistakes, such as a wrong address or missed delivery, may be subject to additional charges.
