SHIPPING AND HANDLING
*Please note: shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. If you need to return an item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refused shipments and parcels not picked up from shipping depots will be treated as returns and may be subject to return shipping charges.
SHIPPING
All in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding statutory holidays.
Personalized orders ship within 3–5 business days. If you select Rush My Order on the product page, your personalized order will ship within 2–3 business days.
At this time, we ship within Canada only.
If there’s an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll reach out by phone or email within 48 hours of your order being placed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking number provided.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, a delivery notice will be left and your package may be held at the carrier depot before being returned to us. If a re-delivery is needed, delivery charges must be paid again by the purchaser.
For insurance purposes, all orders ship with signature required. Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

If you notice damage, please ask the carrier to note it before you sign. Once a package is signed for without notes, it may limit what the carrier will cover.
The shipping company will not honour any insurance claims if damages or shortages are not recorded and we will therefore be unable to honour any returns.
After delivery, please open your order right away and check everything over. Any damages or missing items must be reported in writing to customerservice@littlebachco.com within 24 hours of delivery.
